Boston will go up against former Red Sox pitcher Nathan Eovaldi, who gets the Opening Day start for Texas.
The Red Sox also announced their full roster and which players will start the season on the injured list -- a list that was mostly known, but did feature one surprise, as reliever Liam Hendriks has been placed on the 15-day IL with right elbow inflammation.
