I love a great recipe that I can enjoy in multiple ways, like the Blue Harbor California Tuna Sandwich. This recipe is perfect on your favorite bread or sandwich roll. Turns out, it's also fantastic layered on top of a bed of lettuce.
Just place a slice of bread on a plate (or serving tray if you plan to make several sandwiches) and top it with watercress, cucumber and sliced tomatoes. Then place about half a can of Albacore on top of the tomatoes. I love the creaminess that avocado slices add to just about anything, so, add a few slices of avocado and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with cilantro and lime juice and top your masterpiece with the second slice of bread.
I'm super busy, but, this recipe is really quick! It's the perfect go-to meal when you don't have tons of time but are still craving a delicious meal.
