With the Coronavirus continuing to infect people, Florida state officials have decided to close all state parks until further notice.
They tweeted the announcement yesterday noting that the closure begins today (March 23rd.)

This comes as people finish week 1 of social distancing and "quarentine at-home" measures to limit the spread of the virus.
Many people have been posting on social media out and about walking around parks and out for a run.
While it is encouraged to get outdoors, experts warn people to use caution when using public facilities such as parks.
Leave plenty of distance and do not congregate in groups larger than 10.
