Congratulations are in order for one Seminole County city! Oviedo was just named one of the top places to live in the United States!
Money.com released their annual list of the 50 best places to live and Oviedo came in at #43 and they're the only Florida city to make the list.
So, how do they figure out who deserves to be in the Top 50? According to Money.com, they "examine thousands of U.S. cities and analyzes hundreds of data points for each one — from sunny days to doctors per capita — in order to create our list of the best places to live." But one thing they really focus on is how much it costs to live there.
They say they chose Oviedo because of the short commute to the attractions, the low unemployment rate, comfortable salaries and it still has that small town feel with farmers markets and airboat rides. Congrats to Oviedo and you can see their write-up on Oviedo here.
