2When we look back at 2020, there won't be a lot of things that we're overly thanksful for, it's been a pretty awful year. However, there are a handful of things that we're doing differently now that might become permanent changes and for the most part, everyone seems to like them. Here are five good changes from Axios that we've had to make, that might end up being permanent:

1.  More opportunities to work-from-home: COVID forced companies to figure out how to handle remote workers.  So, there's a good chance you'll see a lot more of those jobs out there, even after the pandemic ends.

2.  Watching new movies at home:  Theaters cetainly won't go away, but movies might hit on-demand earlier than they did before.  You might start seeing the big movies being released in theaters and on-demand at the same time, which would be pretty cool!

3.  Groceries being delivered:  Back in 2019, not many people did this, but now its become very popular. Grocery stores and the delivery apps have worked out how to get it done efficiently, too.  Plus, alcohol delivery has also boomed.

4.  Telehealth and Teletherapy-  It's cheaper to do it virtually and they can see more patients.  So, talking to doctors and therapists online before you see them in person might become the new norm.

5.  Outdoor dining options-  Restaurants have had to get creative and invest in ways to serve people socially distanced, so you might have more outdoor dining options.  Experts say a lot of those outdoor areas will stay in place once things get back to normal. Once cooler temperatures make it to Central Florida, that'll be awesome!
