Disney recently shared yesterday, that they are planning on giving Cinderella's Castle a make over. The animated classic has been celebrated in the past month or two since it has reached it's 70th anniversary, the make over looks as though it will be detailed nicely with some gold detailing, and bolder colors. Many people are already comparing it to Sleeping Beauty's Castle in Disneyland, but I think it's only because the photo makes it look a bit more pink than it probably will be.
There's no word on wthe precise date of when the refurbishment will be starting, but it seems like it'll be in the next few weeks and throughout the summer. I know it could be a disappointment to many since the iconic castle is a must for many family vacation photos. But Disney did confirm That Micjer's Royal Friendship Faire and Happily Ever After will continue to run.
