Don't worry, they're not breaking-up! Let's clear that up right away. Florida Georgia Line did a video call on Facebook to remind everyone that their new album "Life Rolls On" drops February 12th. Oh and one more thing, they're NOT breaking up.
Why the constant reminders? Because according to CMT, they are planning to release solo projects and don't want to mislead anyone. Tyler Hubbard said each of them just wants to "Venture out and have a voice of our own."
He adds, said, "I have a strong peace about the next journey, the next chapter. Just to clarify, FGL is not breaking up."
If I were going to guess who really wants this to happen, I'd go with Brian Kelley. He doesn't get to sing lead vocals very often, but he's been writing tons of songs during the pandemic and he's feeling ownership.
He told The Boot, "Nobody knows this, but it's been a lifelong dream of mine to write [an entire album.] And once I started writing again . . . a couple songs that I felt like, 'I'm supposed to sing these.'" No word when the solo stuff will be out.
