Man marries wife 4 times, divorces her 3 times in order to maximize paid time off

A groom went to incredible lengths to take advantage of his employer's paid time off policy for weddings. The Taiwanese man married his wife four times and divorced her three times in a span of 37 days.

According to NewsWeek.com, the groom worked at a bank that legally provided an eight-day paid leave for an employee's wedding. After his first marriage in April 2020, he and his wife filed for a divorce at the end of the initial eight days. The next day, they got married again, and the groom requested another paid leave from work. He repeated this cycle four times, totaling 32 days off.

This was a great idea in theory, but the bank caught on to the man's attempt at the vacation loophole. They refused to offer any more paid time off after his third divorce.

However, the man was not going to give up that easy. After his fourth wedding, he filed a formal complaint against the bank, claiming they were legally obligated to honor his paid leave requests. Unbelievably, the court agreed that the man had successfully found a loophole in the nation's labor laws and ordered the bank to grant him the requested time off.

My question now is, how does this end? Does he continue to divorce and re-marry his wife until they fire him? Are they even allowed to fire him for that? How does his wife feel about constantly getting divorced? Such a bizarre situation. I love a few days off like the next guy, but this seems like more work than it's worth.
