This week is the Pulse Remembrance week and there are many ways for you to honor and remember the 49 angels who lost their lives five years ago. Events have been taking place all throughout the city and will continue into the weekend. Here's a list of events from onePULSE Foundation:

The PULSE Interim Memorial - "The Pulse Memorial is a sanctuary of quiet reflection and love dedicated to honoring the senseless loss of innocent life and remembering the horrible attack that occurred on June 12, 2016." If you'd like to visit, it's located at 1912 S Orange Avenue in Orlando, 32806.

The 5-Year PULSE Remembrance Ceremony will take place on Saturday from 7-8 pm. The event will take place at the PULSE Interim Memorial, but it is by invitation only. If you'd like to participate, the general public is invited to the Dr. Phillips Center's Frontyard Festival, where it will take place on their front lawn. You can reserve a free, socially distant box here or you can also watch on the onePULSE Foundation Facebook page and YouTube channel.

49 bells will ring at First United Methodist Church on Saturday at noon.

There will be a national moment of silence on June 12th at 6pm for :49 seconds.

There are numerous events talking place today and through the weekend to honor the 49 angels, their families, the victims that were injured and the countless number of men and women that were the first responders and medical staff treating them. You can find a list of all the events here.
