Between countless work hours and endless adulting, we are all looking for an escape. At times we can’t pinpoint how to find that peaceful escape, but luckily it found me this time.
Destination for our 3 day Memorial Day weekend: Charlotte, North Carolina.
A Few Memories To Note:
A few memories to note: Boating, driving a 1995 top-down Jeep stick-shift, the fabulous taste of cooking out, a dark basement room for unbelievable sleeping, the early morning chirps of sweet birds, breathing in mountain air, the impressive size and smell of fig trees, WINE, and great friends.

Gideon and I couldn’t get over the sense of calm that this house possessed, so we asked our friends, “HOOOOWWWW?!” How can we channel this peace? That could be a tough question for most, but not them. They don’t channel peace, they ARE peace. Their home is their recharging station and here’s how they maintain it:
3 Things to Remember:
1. Always have music on & mix it up throughout the day. From Bach to Sir Mix A Lot, there’s a mood for every hour.
2. Speak Life in to each other. This is a great way to practice self-awareness and bask in the bliss of your partner practicing theirs!
3. There is only One house RULE: NO DRAMA

NO DRAMA
