It was a wild weekend in Fargo, ND, where my band Low Standards played a show to a sold-out crowd. I'll be honest, we don't sell out every show. In fact, rarely. Ok maybe once before, but that's not why this particular show was so special. My band, along with some great musicians we know, played an entire night of tributes to some of the biggest bands of our lifetime. There were 5 sets total, including: Pearl Jam, Green Day, Blink-182, My Chemical Romance and Linkin Park. Check out the insane crowd in this video:

My favorite band of all-time is Blink-182 and it's not close. Yes, I even have a tattoo. It was an indescribable natural high getting to play those songs I've been obsessed with my entire life to a crowd that also appeared to be obsessed with them.

Another band that was a joy to play was Linkin Park. A wildly underrated band, in my opinion. Their songs have so much energy, I couldn't help but rock out the entire time were playing them. I was drenched in sweat when we were done.

Nostalgia couldn't be more in right now, and that was on full display this weekend at The Hall at Fargo Brewing. Hopefully we can bring the same show to Central Florida sometime soon!
