We found out yesterday that Taylor Swift and her mom Andrea donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe, which was raising money for a mother of five girls, whose husband died of COVID-19 just before Christmas.
According to People, the GoFundMe was asking for $50K, so Taylor and her Mom covered the whole thing. Although, with some other donations, the campaign has now raised over $60,000.
Taylor hasn't commented, but she's done this sort of thing before. A few months back, she donated $13,000 to two different mothers who were struggling during the pandemic. She's also donated money to fans who have lost their jobs.
