Merry early Christmas to fans of the classic holiday franchise "Home Alone." The reboot, titled "Home Sweet Home Alone," will be released on Disney+ on November 12th, 2021. The trailer (released today) shows a brief appearance by Home Alone 1 & 2 alum, Devin Ratray (aka Buzz McCallister) as a police officer. Check it out:

The reboot stays true to the original storyline, as 10-year-old Max Mercer (played by Archie Yates) is accidentally left behind by his family as they leave for vacation and must face off against bumbling robbers Pam (Ellie Kemper) and Jeff (Rob Delaney) in defense of his home.

Buzz isn't the only McCallister set to make a cameo in the new film, the star of the originals, McCauley Culkin, is rumored to revive his role of Kevin McCallister in a cameo appearance.
