Jessica Chastain has completely transformed into Tammy Faye Bakker.
The 44-year-old will portray the late televangelist in a new biopic entitled “The Eyes of Tammy Faye.”

Chastain shared photos of the metamorphosis and the Oscar-nominated actress looks completely unrecognizable.
In the first snap, Chastain is decked out in a blonde wig and heavy eye makeup to capture Tammy Faye’s quintessential look, while wearing a fuzzy pink robe in bed.
Other photos show her singing, taping an episode of the Christian series “The PTL Club,” as well as a first look at “The Amazing Spider-Man” star Andrew Garfield as Tammy Faye’s first husband Jim Bakker.
In order to get Tammy Faye’s look down, it took four hours a day for a team to apply makeup, wigs, and prosthetics onto Chastain.
"Every moment, I had something on my face," she told People. "I have a dimple in my chin that she didn't have, so we would seal that up. Her face was more round than mine, so I would have things on my cheeks. Their expertise just helped me so much with my confidence in playing her."
"The Eyes of Tammy Faye," which is based on the 2000 documentary of the same name, will center on how Tammy Faye and Jim Bakker built a multi-million dollar empire from their Christian television show, which collapsed in the aftermath of Jim’s financial and sex scandals.
Chastain said she did years of research to get the role right and has much empathy for everything Tammy Faye went through.
"Here's a woman that I had an idea of because of what I was fed about her," Chastain added. "Even the thing about the mascara running down her face. There is not one picture of her with mascara running down her face in reality. But people were always making her into a clown and punishing her for the mistakes of her husband, which all throughout history women have been the victim of, atoning for the sins of men."
Tammy Faye died in 2007 from colon cancer at the age of 65.
"The Eyes of Tammy Faye” is set to be released in theaters on Sept. 17.
