The SoCal ska legends performed a 16-song set that threw it back to the ’90s and ‘00s. Starting off with “Hella Good,” and going on to rip through hits like “Just a Girl,” “Don’t Speak,” “Ex-Girlfriend,” and “Spiderwebs.”
The setlist also included a couple covers including Madness’ “One Step Beyond” and Talk Talk’s “It’s My Life,” as well as some deep cuts for the diehards including “Happy Now?” and “Different People.” They even rolled out “Total Hate 95,” a song No Doubt recorded with the late Sublime singer Bradley Nowell.
For the most unexpected surprise of the night, Olivia Rodrigo joined OG members Gwen Stefani, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young, plus Gabrial McNair and Stephen Bradley on stage for a hop-filled, spirited performance of their 2000 Return of Saturn ska-pop smash, “Bathwater.”

For the lucky crowd that got to experience the magic IRL — “good 4 u.” Everyone else, us included, there’s always weekend 2 on YouTube.
