Raise your hand if you’re feeling some serious FOMO for not being at Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Los Angeles show on Friday night, where Christina Aguilera surprised the crowd, joining the pint sized popstar to delight the crowd with a duet.

It all went down during Sabrina’s spin the bottle bit in the show, where the surprise song Carpenter will sing entirely depends on the outcome of the game. After a drum roll and a spin of the bottle, this time it landed on “a little Christina.”
As the intro to Xtina’s Back to Basics hit “Ain’t No Other Man” began to play, much to the crowd's satisfaction, little did they know, there was an even bigger surprise just moments away. When the song’s ascending first note wasn’t served up by Sabrina as expected but belted out by Christina herself, the crowd obviously and rightfully lost its collective mind.
Popping out on stage wearing a black bustier bodysuit and sparkly silver knee-high boots, Christina sang the song’s opening verse, with Carpenter joining in at the catchy pre-chorus.
Next, the pair slowed down the tempo with “What a Girl Wants,” which they first sang together last month, during Spotify’s 25th anniversary celebration of Aguilera’s self-titled album.
And that wasn’t the only surprise Los Angeles had the pleasure of receiving. During her Night 2 show at the Kia Forum, Sabrina featured Saturday Night Live star Marcello Hernandez during the pink handcuffs segment before “Juno.”
As per usual, Sabrina chooses someone in the crowd to “arrest” for being too hot. Past suspects she’s featured include Millie Bobby Brown and Rachel Sennott. But this time, it was none other than Domingo himself from the “Espresso” parodied standout sketch from Ariana Grande’s recent episode.
Marcello pulled up in character, noting “My name’s Domingo,” before Sabrina asked where he came from. “I’m from Miami, baby,” he playfully responded before she quipped, “Miami? I wish you were from my bedroom. What are you doing later tonight?”
No notes Sabrina, no notes.
Carpenter is set to wrap up the North American leg of her tour tonight, November 18 with another show at the Forum. Then after a brief hiatus, the superstar will pick things back up in 2025 to set off on the Europe and UK leg of her tour. Kicking things off in Dublin, IR on March 3, making stops in London, Manchester, Paris, and more, before wrapping up in Milan, IT on March 26.
