Well whether you do or don’t, things are looking to be leaning in favor of Mr. Songz.
As TMZ has learned and shared from the Prosecutor's Office for Jackson County, MO, the latter have decided to decline filing charges against the singer, citing insufficient evidence.
The incident which was caught on tape, reportedly started when Songz allegedly refused to wear a mask inside Arrowhead Stadium, despite coronavirus protocols in place at the game. At the time, Trey was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest, which are both misdemeanors, as well as for assaulting a police officer, a low-grade felony.
The footage police released appeared to show Trey escalating the interaction with police into a physical one, however his camp insists the officer had it out for him before the brawl. In any event, no charges are being filed in the case, so yay for Trey.
