Thirty years in the making, Usher’s performance was a celebration of his successful three-decade-spanning career, and it was truly a masterclass in Halftime performances.

Starting things with, “Caught Up,” “U Don’t Have To Call,” "Number One," and “Love in this Club,” amongst an array of Vegas Showgirls, dancers, and a full-blown marching band, Usher kicked it off with a bang.

As promised, the performance had special guest appearances, first from Alicia Keys singing “If I Ain’t Got You,” before Usher joined her for a sexy, sweaty, sparkly performance of “Boo.” Next up to join Ursher was a quick appearance from Jermaine Dupree for “Confessions Part II.”

Since Usher knows what's up, he slid in “7 o’clock on the dot, I’m in my drop top,” before bellowing “Burn” to Allegiant Stadium, which he followed up a shirtless rendition of “You Got It Bad” that was made extra special with a special appearance by H.E.R. shredding the guitar, before getting into a bit of “Bad Girl.”

Obvi Usher had to show out with the roller skates to sing “OMG” with will.i.am -- then Lil Jon joined the party with “Turn Down For What,” before helping Usher, and eventually also Ludacris, close out the epic performance with the pièce de résistance that is “Yeah!”

We might be a little biased, but let’s keep it real — one of the best parts of the Super Bowl is undoubtedly the Halftime Show, and this year was no different.
