Not even pregnancy can keep Blake Lively out of the gym.
Lively took to her Instagram this week to poke a little fun at her trainer with a pre-pregnancy gym photo and one from now in the gym, where she is quite pregnant.
“Been doing @donsaladino’s workout program for months now. Something isn’t working,” the “Gossip Girl” actress captioned the post. The tag being her and husband Ryan Reynolds’ trainer Don Saladino.
Saladino took the jest in stride adding his own comment of laughing emojis and a facepalm one.
Lively announced her pregnancy with Reynolds in September of last year.
She has posted a number of photos showing off her baby bump in the months since, including a fun one with Reynolds and Mr. and Mrs. Claus at the end of 2022.

The upcoming child will be the couple’s fourth. They are also parents to daughters, James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.
