After settling earlier allegations filed in November 2023 by his longtime ex-girlfriend and singer, Cassie, Diddy has been hit with another. On Wednesday (12/6) a lawsuit was filed by an anonymous woman, who claims Diddy and others, sex trafficked her and gang raped her in 2003 when she was just 17 years of age.
In the official documents, Jane Doe claims she “suffered monetary damages, physical injury, pain and suffering, and serious psychological and emotional distress, entitling her to an award of compensatory and punitive damages.”
Just hours after the claim was filed, Diddy took to social media to clear the air.
“Enough is enough,” the rapper shared on X in response to the lawsuit. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick pay day.”
He continued, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth. Sean Diddy Combs.”
