NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- And just like that, HBO Max's "Sex and the City" sequel series has been renewed for a second second, the streaming service announced Tuesday.

Michael Patrick King, executive producer of "And Just LikeThat..." said in a statement, "I am delighted and excited to tell more stories about these vibrant, bold characters - played by these powerful, amazing actors. The fact is, we’re all thrilled. And Just like That… our 'Sex' life is back"
The series, which wrapped it's 10-episode season last month, follows Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate life in their fifties.
In the premiere episode, Chris Noth's character "Big," who was Carrie's husband, was killed off. And Willie Garson, who played Carrie's BFF and Anthony's (Mario Cantone) partner, died from pancreatic cancer in September. His character was written off the show.
HBO Max has not revealed a premiere date for the second season of "And Just Like That ..."
