Just in time for Jai Rodriguez’s birthday, the original “culture guide,” on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, the whole initial cast is reuniting and will air on NBC’s Peacock streaming platform and E!.

During the E! Reunion Road Trip series, Jai, Carson Kressley, Ted Allen, Thom Filicia, and Kyan Douglas all come together to celebrate Rodriguez’s 40th birthday.
Jai joined Audacy’s Shira Lazar and Ryan Mitchell on Channel Q to share how it feels to reunite with his cast and also reflect on Queer Eye’s impact.
Rodriguez said, “it was interesting to be part of the queer explosion. Us, Will & Grace, The L Word, Boy Meets Boy, but I was the only person of color who was out at the time, in that movement and now if you look at the current cast they check so many boxes of diversity.”
Jai adds, “I’m so inspired by the legacy continuing to grow and evolve.”
