During Kesha’s Friday night set headlining West Hollywood Pride at OutLoud Fest, the musician was overjoyed to share with the crowd that they were attending her first show since becoming a free woman after settling her decade-long lawsuit with Dr. Luke last summer.

“This is my first show as a free motherf***ing woman,” Kesha told the crowd, sharing the special moment in with a photo dump on IG (slide 2), before debuting a new song appropriately titled “Freedom,” (slide 4).
Kesha followed up her new single with her greatest hits from The Terrific 10s, including “Blow,” “Timber,” “Backstabber,” and “Tik Tok,” for which she replaced the song’s opening lyric to “Wake up in the morning like F*** P Diddy,” well because you know why, just as she did for her surprise performance during Renée Rapp’s Coachella set.
Kesha also sang 2017’s “Praying,” the emotional track she penned about her legal battle with Luke. Then, joined by drag stars Morphine Love Dion and Laganja Estranga, Kesha closed out her Pride Month performance with the queer anthem “We R Who We R,” as NSFW animations displayed on the screen behind her, ending with a message that read “Kesha’s music makes people gay.”
“Thank you so much, Happy Pride, I love you,” she told the crowd at the end of her show. Check out a recap clip of the performance below.
