Vanna White will continue on at “Wheel of Fortune,” kind of.

According to TMZ, the cohost of the long-running game show has negotiated a salary deal but only for the celebrity competition, not “Wheel”’s daily syndicated show.

The report states White’s lawyer, Bryan Friedman, did the negotiating for her “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” deal. Her deal for that iteration of the show had run out, while she still has a year left on her syndication contract.

Her salary negotiations are now paused during the WGA writers’ strike.

EW reported that after longtime cohost Pat Sajak announced his retirement, White entered into negotiations.

At the time, Puck found White was seeking a raise as she hadn’t received one for 18 years on the show. She only had gotten bonuses in the time. The publication had White making around $3 million a year, while Sajak took in around $15 million.

In 2022, White told PEOPLE she couldn’t envision “Wheel of Fortune” happening with other hosts.

“Everybody relates ‘Wheel of Fortune’ to Pat and Vanna. We’re like Ken and Barbie, you know?” She said at the time. “We’ve been in everybody’s homes for 40 years, so it would be weird having somebody else turn my letters.”
