During the latest Paramount+ released special of the long-running animated comedy series titled “The End of Obesity,” South Park takes aim at the Ozempic craze, using Lizzo’s name as an alternative brand for the popular weight loss drug.

While the episode started off with South Park character Eric Cartman visiting his doctor’s office in an effort to get Ozempic as a way to drop some weight, Lizzo reacts to a clip of a spoofed infomercial for the alternative drug using her name. During the clip two women named Sheila and Sharon discuss the alternative weight loss drug before a background voice takes over. "FDA approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic,” the voiceover says.

“I’ve lowered my standards and my expectations, Sheila states.” Before the voiceover continues, “Lizzo helps you eat everything you want and keeps physical activity to a minimum,” which is followed by a list of possible side effect spoofs.

Throughout the video Lizzo is seen in total awe, with her hand covering her mouth. “That’s crazy. I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b****,” she says. “I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f*** to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f*** I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.”
