Writer Kim Kelly pointed out the fun fact that one of the Savage x Fenty models, Lyric Mariah, has limb differences and is currently slaying one of the brand's newest collections. Kelly wrote, "Obviously representation only goes so far, but when your disability is on the rare side and you’re used to never seeing anyone else who looks like you, stuff like this feels really nice. Thanks for hiring models with limb differences, @rihanna."

Kelly also penned a sweet message to Lyric, expressing, "Thank you for your work here @phenixsoul_, you look powerful and beautiful and it means a lot."

Fans began to flood the comments, thanking Rih for showcasing limb differences— something has yet to be normalized. One wrote, "People always said I should be a model but my internalized shame about my hands held me back. Never seen anyone with hands similar to mine before. I wish young me could have seen this."

Rih's brand is effortlessly tapping into inclusivity in all regards and we hope more brands will follow suit.
