Easter dessert was a yummy win w/ this Easy Hot Fudge Pie that was a recipe share thanks to Mix Facebook friend Colleen. I added the topping baked on it, and some ice cream when serving which are all optional. After I mixed for 3 minutes, I noticed the heads up that hand mixing makes it more gooey. The version I made was more brownie / cake like. Next time I'll see if the hand mixing is more gooey hot fudgey like. It's also a recipe that uses little flour, which is a plus these days, since flour is becoming the TP of baking essentials during this Covid-19 outbreak.
Many are getting their bakin on. I'm up for a social distancing recipe swap. Share a yummy one you made recently. heather@mix947.com Here's another yummy baking option for you...
