Weather forecasters are now turning their attention to bitter cold temperatures that are expected Monday night into Tuesday morning, when the area is expected to once again drop into the single digits.
Another storm system is likely to move into the area late Tuesday into Wednesday, bringing a new chance for freezing precipitation to the area, with a chance for snow early Thursday morning. Temperatures will rebound into the 20s and low 30s, before finally rising above the freezing mark on Friday and continuing to warm into the weekend.
