Report Property Damage:
The Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) encourages people to report damage to their property home / business by submitting a damage assessment survey. This helps emergency management officials understand the amount of damage, and helps them determine if the damage meets federal requirements for disaster assistance. Call your insurance company right away too. (KVUE)
Austin and Travis County residents who need assistance with storm debris can call 311 or 512-974-2000, and can drop off brush at the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant. Downed trees can also be reported to 311. (Talk1370)
