Breakfast tacos are a staple anytime of the day in Central Texas. Got a tortilla and an egg and whatever else you enjoy. You're set. Here's another variation. Egg stuffed tortilla. A breakfast taco, meets an omelette with some pancake lovin' style. I say you could eat this anytime of the day. There are so many different thingies you could stuff in it. Make it savory, sweet, hot, sour.. whatever you're feelin'. Also, you can cut it like a pizza! A big yummy must try win! Can't wait until honey Ted makes them. Even better when someone else cooks!
