It's been dang hot in ATX! Prepping us for official Summer kicking off next week. One of the yummiest ways to cool off, especially while trying to conserve energy for our lovely power grid ... eating ICE CREAM! One of my favorite summertime activities. Grabbing a spoon and enjoying!

Many are lovers of ice cream. Although for some ice cream is not a friend. I noticed lots of ice cream alternatives for just about any type of diet. This Thrillist list seems to be a winner of some of the best ones when it comes to tasting like, or as close to the real deal. Getting a spoon ready to dig in a pint is the best way to find out.
