In the grainy clip, 50 cut straight to it, denying any truth to rumors that he used the popular Type 2 diabetes drug to aid in his slimming down.

“You wanna talk about weight loss? I was in the gym, I was working the f*** out, man,” 50 said. “And they say it’s Ozempic? I was running, I was running, I was doing what I had to do. You seen me on tour.” 50 went on to reveal that he was 253 pounds and is now down to 210. “So how you feel about it?” he asked.

According to Page Six, the multi-hyphenate has been on a “rigorous” training program for the past eight months. Getting into excellent shape by working out “three hours a day, every day” before he kicked off his Final Lap Tour last summer.

Well, it seems like 50 has big plans for 2024 and is shedding more than just pounds to do so. Because in addition to his goal of physical excellence, shortly after the new year began 50 claimed he’d be sticking to his goal of practicing abstinence to help avoid distractions. Then a couple of weeks later, followed that up with an apology to anyone he might have offended in the past.
