Ellen DeGeneres is flipping another piece of prime property!
The daytime talk show host has listed the Tudor-style mansion she bought from Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine, on the market.
DeGeneres purchased the Beverly Hills home in 2019 for $45 million.
It’s currently listed on the market for $53.5 million, per TMZ.
The former “The Voice” star and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, bought it for $33.9 million in an off-market deal. According to Architectural Digest, it previously belonged to “Will & Grace” co-creator Max Mutchnik and his husband, entertainment attorney, Erik Hyman.
Levine reportedly invested roughly $7 million into upgrades.
The pad is nothing short of impressive.
At about 10,000 square feet, it boasts a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, and pizza oven.
The grand entrance is 2-stories, while the living room is 50 feet long.
Highlights of the property also include a fire pit, a tennis court, park-like grounds, a second kitchen, a screening room with an adjacent bar, an indoor gym, a spa, and a guest house for visitors.
There’s also five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. And the 2,000-square-foot master suite has been described as “the crown jewel of the home.”
In November 2020, DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, sold their Bali-inspired mansion in Montecito, California to the tune of $33.3 million, giving them a $6 million profit.
The power couple are real-estate savvy and have a track record of scooping up properties. They still own a $3 million home in Hollywood Hills and a swanky property in Carpinteria just south of Montecito, which was foreclosed for roughly $18 million.
