Houston Will Light The City Blue In Support of Healthcare and Essential Workers

This evening the City Of Houston landmarks and venues will light up in blue to show our support for those that have been working tirelessly to help our community in hospitals, doctors office, grocery stores, patrolling our streets and all essential jobs.  It will be a part of the global movement #LightBlue to support the men and women fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. Minute Maid Park, City Hall, The George R. Brown Convention Center the bridges over  59 near Upper Kirby the BBVA Stadium, NRG Stadium, Rice Stadium, Reckling Park, TDECU Stadium and The Toyota Ceter will all be turning blue tonight from 8p- 9pm. 

Other cities that are expected to participate  in the campaign include, New York, Seattle, Boston, Kansas City, and New Orleans.
