The outlet provides a photograph of the reality TV star getting served with the documents, which The Sun notes accuse him of breaching a contract for a now-canceled show called “Dog Unleashed."

Per documents obtained by the outlet and filed October 5: “Defendant is a disgraced reality TV star who was fired by Plaintiff after his company discovered that the Defendant had used racial epithets to attack Black teenage Black Lives Matter Activists."

In addition to being allegedly fired for a “racist outburst,” the 68-year-old is also accused of using an illegal taser to intimidate his way into someone's home during filming in Virginia, according to the suit.

Additionally, Dog is accused of using homophobic language, which The Sun states he “strongly denied.”

The cancellation of the unaired show came weeks before the April 1, 2020 premiere.

In a statement, Unleashed Entertainment President and CEO Michael Donovan said that it was caused by “actions taken by Mr. Chapman during the show’s production that breach contractual agreements.

According to The New York Post, his daughter, Bonnie Chapman, accused him of racism and homophobia, while his other daughter, Cecily Chapman, called his hunt for Laundrie nothing more than a publicity stunt.

Dog has denied all the claims against him.

Page Six obtained a statement from Dog, who explained that his daughters were “employed by disgruntled former associates with multiple felonies who want revenge at any cost and are attempting to tarnish my reputation.”
