Flavor Flav is positively in his Swiftie era, sharing posts of himself absolutely thriving at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Detroit this past weekend. Documenting his incredible time and Red era outfit, the iconic clock-wearing rapper took to social media to bond with fellow Swift fans.

“In my RED (Taylor’s Version) Era and makin new friends at #TaylorSwift @taylorswift13,” Flav captioned the tweet of himself in a glimmering red jacket, and white T-shirt that read “I Knew She Was Trouble,” obvi a reference to Swift’s Red track “I Knew You Were Trouble.”
The Public Enemy co-founder went on to post numerous updates throughout the evening including a video of himself dancing along to the track while revealing the shirt, which he captioned, “Making TROUBLE with my girl @taylorswift13 at the #ErasTour #TaylorSwift.”
As well as a video showing off his wrist and ever growing amount of colorful bracelets.
“THANKX to all my new friends,,, luv my fellow Swifties,” Flav wrote alongside a video of himself rocking an arm full of Swiftie gifted beaded bracelets.
This isn’t the first time Flavor Flav has proven to be a Swiftie. Telling Billboard‘s Tetris Kelly, “Love me some Taylor Swift, man, always did,” during a 2023 award show red carpet in late March. Linking the rapper and Midnights singer even more, in the same chat Flav revealed his iced-out clock chain always has its hands pointing at — guess. Yup, midnight.
“I heard that Taylor Swift keeps her clock on 12, just like mine,” he explained. “The reason why I keep my clock on 12 is because 12 o’clock points straight up. Every day, I’m straight up with you.”
After the concert, Flav took to social media with a special request, with his next Eras Tour visit in mind. “I wanna hire one of y’all to make me some custom Flavor Flav bracelets to trade for the next Eras Tour stop ya boy hits up… Who can help??” he asked.
“Ya boy wants hundreds of bracelets,,, maybe thousands,,, so maybe we hire several of y’all,,, looking for: •ITS•A•CLOCK• + •FLAVOR•FLAV In Navy with Silver Gonna start DMing some of y’all,” he added in a reply.
Obviously the internet did its thing, with hopefuls soon commenting with their “resumes,” plus photos and videos of the friendship bracelets. And Flav already seems impressed by his options
“WOWWWWWW!!! These just keep getting better!!!” he replied in response to a video clip of a Flavor Flav friendship bracelet one fan created. Check it out below, along with some other options sent to Flav to choose from.
