(SportsRadio 610) - It appears the Texans have narrowed down their head coaching search to three candidates.

Just minutes after announcing an initial interview with Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Kevin O'Connell, the team revealed it had also completed discussions with Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon, former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores and retired NFL quarterback Josh McCown, who has never coached.

The Texans are looking to hire their third head coach in as many seasons, since firing David Culley after just one 4-13 season. They fired Bill O'Brien four games into the 2020 season after starting 0-4.
