As Betty White turned 99 yesterday, it’s only right we revisit her tips for a longer life.

2011 visit the actress made to “The Late Show with David Letterman.” We’ll admit they’re sarcastic and funny, but laughter is a great way to live longer according to science…..

Here are Betty’s tips:
  • “Get at least eight hours of beauty sleep, nine if you're ugly.”
  • "Exercise. Or don't. What the hell do I care?"
  • "Never apologize. It shows weakness."
  • "The best way to earn a quick buck is a slip and fall lawsuit."
  • "Avoid tweeting any photos of your private parts"
  • "Schedule nightly appointment with Dr. Johnnie Walker."
  • "Take some wheatgrass, soy paste and carob, toss in the garbage and cook yourself a big-a-- piece of pork."
