Summer’s unofficially here (that's not til June 21st), and we want to have all of the summer fun! But we also know we need to be conscious of our wallets. The price of everything’s so expensive and it feels like we’re never keeping up. We don’t want to miss out on summer fun, but we also don’t want to spend a ton of money on it.
The good news is that there are plenty of low-cost summer activities out there that are still super fun. Which ones? Wicker & Wilde found some affordable summer activities from everygirl.com that’ll help you keep to your budget while not missing out on the fun.
1. Go on an ice cream walk - Yes, ice cream can be expensive but sometimes the kids sizes are enough and it's still cheaper than dinner and drinks.

2. Stroll through your local farmers' market - No one says you have to buy anything and you can wander around with coffee you made at home.
3. Host a pizza-making party - Pizza is far cheaper when you make it at home
4. Go mini-golfing or hit the driving range - Especially on non-peak times. For example, Top Golf has unlimited play for $15 on weekday mornings.

5. Have a picnic in the park
6. Go to a local festival
7. Organize a field day
8. Recreate a paint and sip class at home
9. Organize weekly game nights

10. Visit a state or national park - Check to see when the free days/weekends will happen. Many times it's around the holidays.
