How annoying are the drivers where you live? A consumer advocacy group surveyed drivers in 40 of the largest U.S. cities to find out where the most irritating behaviors happen most often.
According to this study, if you commute in these cities, get ready to be cut off...or flipped off. The Top 10 Cities with the Most Annoying drivers are:

3. Nashville, TN
4. Philadelphia, PA
5. New Orleans, LA
6. Memphis, TN
7. Albuquerque, NM
8. Atlanta, GA
9. Sacramento, CA
10. Washington, D.C.
Miami tops the list with a near-perfect “annoying driver” score, with most locals calling their city’s drivers aggressive, rude, and terrible at parking (hey Miami, Carytown feels your pain). Las Vegas comes in second, known for phone use behind the wheel, speeding, illegal U-turns, and ignoring pedestrians. Nashville ranks third, where distracted driving is the biggest complaint, from missed stoplights to forgotten headlights.
As to why Richmond didn't make the list, because there are people who think we should be on it, local polls and data show Richmond drivers are often perceived as aggressive or inattentive, but not annoying (Ha!). An informal reader survey highlighted frequent complaints about speeding, reckless lane changes, running red lights, tailgating and lack of turn-signal use — behaviors drivers say make streets feel chaotic.
