While the world is mourning the loss of rock and roll pioneer Little Richard, his music lives on as a testament to his enduring talent and legacy.

Often referred to as “The Innovator, The Originator, and The Architect of Rock and Roll,” Little Richard influenced legions of artists including the Beatles, James Brown, David Bowie and Prince.

Known for his fierce piano playing, falsetto voice and a flamboyant stage presence, Little Richard helped shape various musical genres including soul, funk, rhythm and blues and rock.
