Kevin Costner’s family is growing.
Costner posted recently to his Instagram about getting a new puppy, calling the dog a “special guy.”
Leaning up against a black F-250 pickup truck in the first image of three, Costner stares down lovingly at the cute yellow pet.
“News addition to the family. I’m already in love with this special guy,” he captioned the post.
The other photos show the former “Yellowstone” actor holding the pup and the third is a closeup of the animal.
Many of Costner’s online fans were digging the new addition as well, as nearly 80 thousand liked the post.
The new dog comes after a year of familial turmoil for Costner, as he divorced Christine Baumgartner, his wife of nearly 20 years.
Up next for the actor on the big screen is the two part western film opus, “Horizon: An American Saga.”
