What do you see? Billie Eilish launches debate over color of shoes and it's unreal

It's 'the dress' all over again

Remember the photo of “the dress” back in 2015 that sparked debate over its true color? Billie Eilish may have accidentally started a similar viral phenomenon after posting a photo of her shoes.

The “bad guy” singer took to Instagram for a live Q&A session with her fans and shared a story about her father misjudging the color of a pair of Nikes she wore. Billie said her dad claimed her Nikes were pink and white, which she felt was ridiculous.

When she showed the shoes off to her Instagram followers, many took her dad’s side.

That stunned Billie as she joked “"I don't know what happened to you in your f****** childhoods, but pink and white?!?”

She then shared a screenshot of the shoes showing the Nike Air More Uptempo sneakers are branded as mint and white.

What side do you take? Since it’s 2020, we’ve got all day to answer that question.

Billie also dropped a nugget of exciting information that may have been overtaken by the great shoe debate.

She revealed her plans to drop a brand new song next month. After a fan asked her when a new song would drop, she responded “November.”

In a follow up question, she was asked to give a color that matches the song coming in November and replied with a burnt orange color panel.

At least we think it’s burnt orange, but after the shoe debate, no one can be sure.
