The Offspring Cover 'Tiger King' Classic, 'Here Kitty Kitty' Not at All Written by Joe Exotic

The band brings smiles to people's faces... except Joe Exotic

California rock royalty The Offspring are keeping busy while locked inside, and just offered up an excellent distraction, if only for a few minutes.

The band posted a statement on social media about the reason for their cover of a song made famous in Netflix's Tiger King, explaining they've been going a little stir-crazy and thought it would bring a smile to people's faces.

Everyone, except Joe Exotic.

They made sure to be clear, "Here Kitty Kitty" was originally written and sung by The Clinton Johnson Band and "*not* by anyone in that recent doc we all got caught up in."

The band also joked on YouTube that their respective wives were all group texting recently, and "while they all agreed that they truly love their husbands, there are times when they’ve absolutely felt like feeding us to the tigers. In that spirit, we hope you enjoy this random song & video."
