History in the making
This year’s Summer Jam is the first-annual event, which basically makes it a historical event. Originally set in place of CMAs longstanding CMA Fest, the event has taken on a life of it’s own and who wouldn’t want to be a part of a first-time event with this insane line-up?
A portion of ticket sales from the live event, filmed in July, went to the CMA Foundation, the charitable arm of the Country Music Association. The organization aims to financially support school music education programs across the country.
