Happy Veterans Day From Luke Combs, Brad Paisley, and More Country Music Stars

Honoring those that serve our country

Just days before Country music’s biggest night at the 2019 CMA Awards, some of our favorite artists are pausing to salute those that fought for our freedom and allowed us such celebrations. Before the lights and the trophies, the performances and prestige, first we thank those that have served in our Armed Forces on Veterans Day.

“I just wanna give a shout out to the troops, and wish everybody out there a Happy Veterans Day,” Luke Combs professes in the exclusive RADIO.COM video above. The “Beer Never Broke My Heart” singer is just on the Country stars that wanted to send their support to Veterans everywhere. “Thank you so much for what you do for your country,” Chris Janson says earnestly. “Men and women in the armed services, no matter what avenue you’re in, thanks for doing it.”

“Our troops mean so much to us,” adds Jennifer Wayne of Runaway June. “I think Country music really embraces supporting our troops.”

It’s true, and evident with each Country artist we speak to, from Josh Abbot to Morgan Evans to Jimmie Allen to Riley Green, each one enthused to show their support to those serving this country.

“Veterans…. Heroes. That’s simple as that,” Cole Swindell says, finding the most fitting word.

"Thank you for all you do, have done, and are continuing to do for us" proclaims Brad Paisley with strength about the heroes among us.

Alongside our friends in Country music, we want to wish you all a Happy Veterans Day.
