Watch Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood Cover 'Shallow'

The two took to Facebook Live on Monday night

As the world continues to practice social distancing, our favorite artists are finding new ways to reach fans. Live streaming shows have helped keep us connected to artists like Brad Paisely, Keith Urban, and Luke Combs – inviting us into their own home for a special performance.

Garth Brooks continued the trend on Monday night, taking to Facebook Live for a set of songs along with wife Trisha Yearwood. The two took requests, including a call for “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.

“I felt connected last night, we’re ALL in this together,” Garth wrote. “Thank YOU for that... and for this surprising song request!!”

Concern over coronavirus has cleared the concert calendar, with artists being forced to cancel or postpone shows over the next month. Garth Brooks has also had to delay his record-breaking stadium run, announcing that shows in Charlotte and Cincinnati have been moved to June.

"Like so many people right now, I just want to get back to what I do,” Garth sent along in a message. “Knowing these shows are eventually going to happen makes me happy."

Brooks’ concert at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte will now take place on June 13, and the Cincinnati show at Paul Brown Stadium is set for June 27.
