Fans of “The Mandalorian” better start saving their coin if they want the latest Baby Yoda merchandise.
If you’re wondering what exactly life-size means, the doll measures 16.5 inches tall and is said to be “an incredible 1:1 scale Star Wars collectible.”
The adorably creepy alien comes mounted on a black base and adorned with a tan fabric coat, his trademark loveable big eyes and holding the silver shift knob from the Mandalorian’s ship.
“Every inch of this incredibly lifelike figure has been meticulously detailed to recreate everything that “Star Wars” fans love about the young alien, from the fuzz on its wrinkled head to its irresistible pout, all the way down to its tiny, toddling feet,” a press release on the merchandise’s website.
“Fans looking to bring home “The Mandalorian” collectibles need look no further- bounty hunting is a complicated profession but collecting the galaxy’s cutest alien has never been easier!”
While you can pre-order the life-size Baby Yoda now, it won’t ship until sometime between August to October 2020. Fans will also have to place a $35 nonrefundable deposit inorder to secure their hold on the limited-edition item.
If $350 is too rich for your Padawan blood, there are a slew of other Baby Yoda items to hold you over until the second season of “The Mandalorian” comes out later this fall.
Build-A-Bear recently disclosed they were coming out with a plush version of the beloved character.
In addition, other toy companies have announced Baby Yoda-inspired items including Funko Pop, which is scheduled to come out with their merchandise this spring.
