Andy Cohen Reveals He Tested Positive for Coronavirus


Andy Cohen has tested positive for coronavirus.

The "Watch What Happens Live" host made the announcement on Friday.

“After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus,” the 51-year-old wrote on Instagram. “ As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better. I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.”

The "Real Housewives" franchise executive producer quickly received support from some of his celebrity pals.

“Sending you love,” wrote "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards.

“Rest up. Love you with all my heart,” added John Mayer.

Cohen's disclosure comes on the heels of "The Bachelor" star Colton Underwood announcing his positive COVID-19 diagnosis earlier in the day.

Other celebrities to come forward about testing positive for coronavirus include Idris Elba, NBA star Kevin Durant"Game of Thrones" stars Indira Varma and Kristofer Hivju, “Quantum of Solace” actress Olga Kurylenko, and Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson.
