John Legend and Chrissy Teigen may be expecting a new baby, but they are getting rid of their lavish crib.
The A-list couple has listed their luxurious Beverly Hills mansion for $23.95 million, reported TMZ.
Located in a gated community, the 8,520-square-foot residence features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
According to the listing, the home’s grandeur is evident from the moment you walk into the entry parlour’s 33-foot ceilings and feast your eyes on the sculptural staircase.
There’s a chef’s kitchen where Teigen often shares videos of herself making delicious meals. While the master bedroom comes equipped with a fireplace, balcony, and an ever so envious “Glam Room.”
The home also features a gym, movie theater and a playroom.
The estate includes all the amenities for fabulous outdoor living with a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, wood-burning oven and sweeping canyon views.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Teigen and Legend bought the home in 2016 for $14.1 million.
The pair are selling the property because “with a third child coming, they want a house they can grow into,” a source told People.
Last week, the duo disclosed they were expecting baby number three with a subtle yet exciting reveal in Legend’s new music video “Wild.”
At the end of the clip, we are shown a shot of the singer lovingly holding Teigen’s growing baby bump with anticipation.
The couple, who married in 2013, also share daughter Luna, 4, and son Miles, 2.
While it's unclear where the family will be moving, no doubt it's going to be ridiculously amazing.
